We are excited to announce our upcoming sale, Spectrum: Contemporary Color Photography. Over the last several decades, vast technological developments have permeated the world of photography, affording artists a range of visual possibilities, from Gregory Crewdson’s subtle tonality to the bright and daring images of David LaChapelle. Sandy Skoglund, Marilyn Minter, and Vik Muniz seamlessly transition studio environments to digital, while Edward Burtynsky and Alec Soth use the outdoors as a focal point. The sale will feature works by these artists and others, including Andres Serrano, Miles Aldridge, Pieter Hugo, Massimo Vitali, Nobuyoshi Araki, and Alex Prager.

These works will be live for bidding October 14 through 21, 2014.
